Terms of Use

Clear tools, clear expectations.

These terms explain the practical rules for using Toollix and its browser-based utilities.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Toollix, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Toollix provides general-purpose browser utilities for date and time calculations, text work, development tasks, security-related generation, and similar everyday activities. The current service is offered without an account and without a guarantee that every tool will always remain available.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Toollix for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You must not:

  • use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of another person;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Toollix or its delivery infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code or use automated traffic that materially harms service availability; or
  • misrepresent Toollix output as a verified professional, security, legal, financial, or medical conclusion.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for content you enter, paste, scan, or select. You confirm that you have the right to use that content. Because tools operate locally where possible, Toollix does not claim ownership of your tool inputs or generated results.

5. Results and reliance

We work to make calculations and transformations useful and accurate, but results can be affected by input quality, browser behavior, standards, time-zone data, and software limitations. Review important output before using it.

Toollix is not a substitute for professional advice, independent verification, signature validation, or a dedicated security audit.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We may also apply reasonable limits needed for performance, safety, or maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Intellectual property

The Toollix name, visual identity, original website design, and original site content belong to Toollix or its licensors. Open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not grant a right to copy Toollix branding or redistribute the service as your own.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toollix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Toollix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept those updated terms.

10. Contact
